to help young people imagine their future in villages by addressing the issues of rural exodus and urban expansion and supporting a village-centered circular economy. To this end, the association will notably support and develop local production and the social infrastructure of villages. The association undertakes various activities to achieve its purpose, including: playing a leading role, in collaboration with experts, to act as a catalyst for change regarding rural exodus and urban expansion; capacity building, technical assistance, and leadership support. The association may collaborate with and support other organizations and entities that pursue similar purposes and projects. The association is non-profit. The association is entitled to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its purpose.
