The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company is authorized to provide financing, restructuring and guarantee measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, to grant loans or to provide securities for their obligations.
