Up Foundation

The foundation, as a promotional foundation, aims to support people in need abroad, mainly in the Balkan countries, in order to alleviate human suffering there. The aid services consist mainly of financial support, delivery of food packages, financing of medically necessary services and operations, financing of structural measures on the housing and other measures in a similar sense. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The foundation can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the foundation or that are directly or indirectly related to it, in particular, it can acquire, sell, build, encumber, rent and lease properties to achieve the foundation's purpose.
