The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons) is: a) the purchase and sale of real estate and, in general, any commercial and service activity related to real estate, including the study, planning and implementation of any real estate project. b) As an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons) in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
