The company's purpose is to operate and manage public establishments such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, snack bars, coffee bars, tea rooms or similar enterprises in Switzerland and abroad. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
