The development of software and technological applications usable, inter alia, in the transport and urban mobility sector and, by way of example and not exhaustively, in the temporary rental of cars or other means of locomotion; the purchase and sale, licensing, concession of use, in any form, and the exercise of any other activity preparatory or connected to the commercialization of programs and technological applications, for the benefit of companies or consumers at all levels of the supply chain; the research and experimentation of new technological solutions aimed at the development and improvement of existing or new applications; the creation and management of websites and telematic portals as well as the management of computer systems in general; the provision of logistics services or in any way related to the transport and mobility sector, both online and offline, including all ancillary or instrumental activities to the provision of such services, such as, by way of example and not exhaustively, the opening of sales points, the obtaining of licenses and permits; participation in public and private tenders; consulting and business planning activities in the logistics, transport and mobility sector, including, by way of example and not exhaustively, market research, data processing, assistance in participating in national, European or international tenders related to the mobility, public services, environmental sustainability and, more generally, transport, logistics and mobility; editorial activity in any form; promotion and organization of events, conferences, round tables and training courses in the field of computer science applied to the logistics, transport and mobility sector in general, at any level of the supply chain; carrying out promotional activities and organizing advertising campaigns, both through the use of traditional tools and through modern means of communication, including but not limited to social networks; travel agency activity (and consequent and instrumental activities) and promotion of goods and services also to be carried out through secondary offices, located in Switzerland or abroad, on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties. The Company may, within the limits allowed by current legislation, carry out all the acts necessary, at the sole discretion of the administrative body, for the implementation of the corporate purpose, and thus, among other things, carry out mobile, real estate, commercial, industrial, financial, banking and mortgage operations, resort to any form of financing with credit institutions, banks, companies and private individuals, granting the necessary real and personal guarantees, register trademarks, commercial logos and domain names. Always in a instrumental way to the achievement of the corporate purpose, the Company, in a non-prevailing way and in any case not towards the public, may: grant guarantees, sureties and real guarantees for obligations assumed by third parties; take shares and participations in other companies of any type, as well as acquire, sell, rent or lease companies and branches of companies.
