The company's purpose is to engage in all activities, provide all services, notably medical services, as well as manufacture and trade all products in the dermatological, hair, and trichological fields. The company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, or real estate operations (in Switzerland with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations in all commercial, industrial, or financial companies (in Switzerland with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring, and intercession measures for the benefit of shareholders, group companies, or third parties, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies, or third parties when it serves its interests. The exercise of medical, surgical, paramedical, and therapeutic activities is subject to obtaining the authorizations required by the applicable legislation in Switzerland (notably the Law on Therapeutic Products (LPTh), articles 99ss of the Health Law (LSan) and their ordinances) and in any other country where the company operates. The manufacture, distribution, and marketing of medicines are subject to obtaining the operating authorizations and marketing authorizations (AMM) required from Swissmedic or equivalent regulatory bodies in other countries. These regulated activities will be carried out exclusively by or under the supervision of duly qualified, authorized, and registered professionals.
