The details of the investment policy are to be defined by the Board of Directors in a regulation. The company can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it. The company can participate in other companies. It can establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad by decision of the Board of Directors.
