The company may: - engage in any financial, commercial, industrial or mobile activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties if it serves its interests; - carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs; acquire, develop, manage and exploit patents, trademarks, licenses, manufacturing processes and intellectual property rights; - participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
