The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular the construction, renovation and transformation of buildings, the execution of all work in the form of a general contractor, as well as the purchase, sale, rental, management and administration of properties, marketing and brokerage in real estate matters, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may also carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions, take participations in other companies and, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
