For this purpose, the company may acquire assets of any kind in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Land by Foreigners (LAFE). The company also has the purpose of acquiring, holding, restructuring, managing and maintaining the Valascia ice rink, making it available to hockey teams; as well as trading in gadgets and general trade; catering, practicing sports, cultural and recreational activities, organizing cultural and recreational events, as well as exercising any other activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
