The association is a network of top-class lawyers with market-leading expertise in Switzerland, organized for the mutual benefit of the association and the participating lawyers, with the aim of: a) coordinating the professional interests of its members and planning common strategies and business objectives; b) bringing together and formulating the common professional interests of its members; c) promoting cooperation among members in all aspects of their professional activities, such as the exchange of experiences, expertise, personnel, IT and other resources, in accordance with applicable professional rules; d) developing common concepts to improve the services offered by its members; e) maintaining and regulating the use of the valfor brand; f) offering support services to its members; g) examining and accompanying areas and projects of common interest to its members; h) reviewing and monitoring the development of technical and professional tools; i) establishing professional diligence rules and standards recommended to its members; promoting common values, activities and vision among its members; k) establishing common principles of social responsibility among its members; l) assuming other tasks listed in these statutes and other complementary documents; and m) carrying out other activities necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. The association may engage in any activity and take any measures necessary and appropriate to achieve the objectives mentioned above.
