The company's purpose is to provide all services in the fields of business management, human resources, business creation and management, all activities in the real estate sector, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as the trade (purchase, sale, rental, import, export) of all products, notably in the automotive sector. The company may:
- Engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Create branches, subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, and invest in any related or similar businesses likely to develop its purpose;
- Participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose;
- Enter into all acts of intercession in favor of a shareholder or third parties (natural or legal persons), notably in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees, or others, if this promotes its interests.
