The company's purpose is to conduct environmental research and sustainable development in the field of building techniques on its own account and on behalf of third parties, as well as to realize, build, plan, supervise, renovate and utilize properties of all kinds, including as a general and total construction company and related industries, with the exception of businesses prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). It may guarantee bonds issued by shareholders or third parties, secure these bonds by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by assuming all other financial obligations. It may also conduct all commercial and financial transactions with movable and immovable assets that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
