Within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may: engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
