The central processing of plant-based raw materials will be carried out mainly using extraction methods that are currently considered standard. The company can purchase biomass for extraction processing, have it delivered or obtained in any conceivable way. Renewable raw materials can be further processed or sold directly in unprocessed form. The company can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
