In the same context: consulting, design, and continuous monitoring services for the management of facilities and services; general and specific market analyses aimed at identifying initiatives to be acquired or in which to enter into partnerships, even through the conduct of complete due diligence. Ownership or implementation of other forms of partnerships regarding services provided within facilities and initiatives of the same sector. The company may directly or indirectly assume interests and/or participations in other companies or businesses, both in Switzerland and abroad, and may open branches, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also buy, hold, and sell real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, finally, carry out all industrial, commercial, financial, movable, and immovable operations necessary or even just useful for the pursuit of the corporate purpose and the development of its own activity and/or of the companies in which it participates, and may grant loans in favor of its shareholders and the companies in which it participates, but not in favor of third parties, as well as issue guarantees in their exclusive interest to banks or financial intermediaries.
