The company's purpose is to provide advice in the fields of finance, wealth, management of movable and immovable assets, insurance, taxation, investments, promotion and multimedia; to carry out all real estate transactions, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as management and brokerage in the real estate sector, in Switzerland and abroad. It also aims to hold participations in all types of companies, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, and grant them guarantees, if this is in its interest.
