The purpose of the association is to inform its members about current economic issues, in particular in the areas of commercial, corporate, inheritance, banking, financing and tax law, as well as their corresponding international standards. To this end, the association can organize information events, send newsletters or use other media for information dissemination. The association promotes the further education of its members as well as the intergenerational transfer of know-how. The association can establish branches and/or representative offices in Switzerland and abroad.
