The association promotes and supports the proper fulfillment of all tasks in the real estate sector of the public administration. This goal is to be achieved through: 1. Exchange of expertise and experience 2. Training and further education 3. Cooperation with cantonal and federal administrations and specialist organizations 4. Development of norms, standards and guidelines 5. Collection and exchange of basic data and key figures 6. Identification of needs and initiation of projects of common interest 7. Operation of a specialist publishing house and standards publisher 8. Technical support for individual members in their specific tasks and projects 9. Maintenance of contacts and collegiality among members 10. Coordination of IT tasks in the interest of the administration. The association can participate in private-law companies, foundations and other organizations within the framework of its goal.
