The cooperative aims, through mutual self-help, to achieve a long-term sustainable energy supply and, in particular, the joint connection to the municipal district heating network and the necessary preparations for this, particularly through planning, construction, maintenance, operation, renewal and reconstruction of a joint heat distribution system, heat generation plant as well as the supply of heat for heating and hot water for the properties numbered 1229, 1230, 1231, 2071, 2073, 2074, 2075, 2076, 2077, 2125, 2126, 2127, 2174, 2201, 2332, 2377, 2378, 2379 and 2380, all in the land register of Lucerne, left bank. The cooperative can supply the generated heat to its members at a preferential price and market any surplus. It can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable to promote it. It can safeguard the interests of its members vis-à-vis third parties and the authorities. The cooperative can participate in other ventures in the field of renewable energies.
