The association aims to improve and sustainably maintain the quality of life of people in their daily lives; can develop and offer services, offers and structures of all kinds, namely the organization, provision and mediation of care services, accompaniment and support for people in their daily lives; can serve all people with services, in particular seniors, to enable them to live in their own homes in the long term, relatives to relieve them, families and individuals; promotes the development and maintenance of the independence of fellow human beings, both through supportive care and accompaniment at home and on the go, as well as the organization of daily life and various cultural activities, namely events with music, games and/or information events with the purpose of social networking, intergenerational exchange and cultural exchange; is committed to promoting the physical and mental health of seniors through activation and relief of relatives and families, which also has a positive impact on their health; is committed to promoting re-entrants, competent job seekers and the reintegration of suitable personnel from the second labor market by creating attractive part-time positions with development potential; offering training that increases the attractiveness of employees to the labor market; can acquire and sell licenses to pursue its goals, collaborate with organizations and institutions, hold events and initiatives for cultural and social networking, and buy and sell real estate.
