The association aims to cultivate a new, content-based and fact-based political discourse between the Albanian diaspora and political decision-makers in Albania; to strengthen the perception of the diaspora's right to vote and to realize its implementation; to network Albanian experts and executives living in the diaspora for mutual promotion of development policy engagement; to build partnerships and cooperation and to maintain dialogue with public institutions and non-governmental organizations, both within and outside Albania; to act as a bridge between the Albanian diaspora and the home country in the fields of economy, politics, health, culture and education; to promote and support the transfer of knowledge and exchange of experience between the diaspora and Albania; to support innovations and ideas that contribute to improving the living conditions of Albanian citizens. The association also aims to protect and respect the fundamental individual and collective rights in Albania, particularly in the civil, political and economic spheres. This includes pursuing court proceedings, filing administrative applications, initiating referendums, and filing applications with the Constitutional Court or other courts to achieve this goal.
