The purpose of the association is the independent and autonomous development and expansion of the Enso platform. The Enso platform includes, in particular, the Enso protocols and related technologies, other projects and undertakings related to the Enso platform, as well as all future protocols, technologies, and applications relevant to the Enso platform. The association promotes coordination between participants and the coordination of financial and non-financial contributions to the Enso platform. The association creates the conditions for communication, interaction, and cooperation among participants of the Enso platform. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal acts that may be necessary or suitable to promote the purpose of the association or the development of group companies.
