Verein GUTMENSCH

The GUTMENSCH association aims to provide free assistance and support to simple and dependent citizens in their dealings with authorities, primarily in the canton of Thurgau. This includes considering the behavior of employees from social services and ombudsman offices. GUTMENSCH provides help to the best of its knowledge and conscience, but is also prepared to take action against faulty government officials. It can also assume other similar tasks. GUTMENSCH demands that authorities and their employees respect human rights, human dignity, etc. in accordance with Article 3 and 5 of the UN Charter, the European Convention on Human Rights, and the Swiss Federal Constitution. Human dignity must not be compromised, even in minor and insignificant matters. The association is non-profit.
