The association works worldwide in a non-profit manner for the well-being of children, especially for the well-being of children in need, suffering or abused, and provides global support for these, regardless of their nationality, ethnic origin, language, faith, social status or political conviction. The association has a non-profit character, does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The organs are active on a voluntary basis.
