Promotion of family-friendly working conditions in the labor market and thus improvement of the compatibility of family and career for working women and men. The association supports and promotes family-friendly work models for employees of companies affiliated with the Hinterthurgau employers' association and other companies. Its purpose is to establish and manage one or more non-profit childcare centers in the Hinterthurgau region to care for children outside the family for individual hours, half-days or full days. The childcare centers sponsored by the association are politically and denominationally neutral. They aim to provide children with pedagogically good, family-complementary care during the day and prepare them for the upcoming kindergarten and school years (linguistic and social integration) in addition to parental education. They are open to children regardless of origin, denomination, nationality, and income.
