The association aims a) to continue and support the common Christian-religious life in the St. Scholastika Tübach monastery complex, also to support the former Capuchin nuns who lived there, and b) to preserve and utilize the St. Scholastika Tübach monastery complex for the dissemination of Christian ideas, particularly for the Eucharist, adoration, and Marian devotion, and for service to fellow human beings. The monastery complex includes the monastery building, the monastic infrastructure, the Intra muros surroundings, and additional agricultural land with buildings and facilities (Parcels No. 62, No. 172, and No. 173, Tübach Land Registry). The association may engage in any activity to achieve its purpose, in particular operating facilities for the care, nursing, accommodation, or education of fellow human beings. The association exclusively pursues religious and charitable purposes, is non-profit, and does not strive for material gain.
