The VNB forms the official structure of a connection of young artists who have joined forces to unfold. The VNB pursues two ideal goals: to promote the artistic development of young artists and to offer them assistance in visually presenting themselves in new media. To this end, the VNB undertakes the following activities in particular: it informs its members about its activities and other artistic topics; it can organize social and other events of general and artistic interest; it operates a business managed in a commercial manner.
