The association aims to establish a permanent interaction between Kurdish people and cultural creators, promoting an active role in the production of culture and art. The association contributes to the development of Kurdish cultural policy, the research and development of the Kurdish language, culture and history, and advocates for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Kurdish population. Furthermore, the association aims to promote lasting connections between Kurdish and Swiss cultures, thereby contributing to a better mutual understanding. In addition, the association serves all Kurdish citizens and is particularly committed to supporting Kurdish refugees in Switzerland. The association's political independence must be guaranteed at all times. The association pursues exclusively non-profit purposes.
