The association promotes and supports the training of individuals and non-profit projects internationally. This purpose is achieved, among other things, through: creating training programs for teachers, training teachers, creating training programs for teachers who train teachers, training teachers who train teachers, creating training programs for students and apprentices, training students and apprentices, creating training programs for adults, training adults, coordinating training programs from different countries, integrating and supporting disadvantaged people in training, adjusting training costs according to countries and income, creating locally and regionally oriented training programs for teacher training, supporting education, creating training programs for various professions, with a focus on manual trades, creating certification systems, creating and coordinating uniform certificates, creating and coordinating uniform examination systems, only institutions authorized by the association are empowered to sign certificates, influencing schools through education by observing and supporting, creating a certification system for calibration, training in calibration and documentation. The association WIAP International can found a new association or a similar institution in each country, provided that the respective national law permits it. Worldwide, the association WIAP International can elect the presidents and the board of directors. It is essential that they comply with the statutory purposes of the association WIAP International, provided that this does not violate local law in the respective country. The association operates exclusively for non-profit purposes and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The organs are active on a voluntary basis.
