The association aims to achieve the following in the area of compulsory accident insurance: a) long-term securing of the financing of cost-of-living allowances in accordance with Art. 34 UVG and Art. 90a revUVG; and b) financing of the cost-of-living adjustment of the disability pension in accordance with Art. 27 UVG and Art. 90d revUVG. Furthermore, the association is responsible for creating a plausible and aggregated operating and fund account in accordance with uniform guidelines established by the association.
