The association aims to preserve, promote and represent common professional interests, in particular by promoting the reputation of the profession and fostering collegiality among its members; preserving and representing the economic and professional interests of its members, such as regulating working conditions, including negotiating and concluding a collective labor agreement, representing the interests of employers vis-à-vis employee organizations, associations, authorities, the economy and the public, promoting occupational safety and health protection; promoting vocational training and further education.
