Aims to develop activities in the fields of architecture, planning, environmental design and art in close collaboration with the Federation of Swiss Architects (BSA) and in accordance with the objectives represented by the Federation of Swiss Architects (BSA), in particular to publish specialist publications, hold seminars and exhibitions and the like; is obliged to publish the Federation of Swiss Architects' (BSA) publication organ and to exercise the licence granted by the Federation of Swiss Architects (BSA) to use the publishing rights to the 'Werk'; may participate in other companies.
