Within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, or other operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, in any form and by any means, within the limits of Swiss law: create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, provide direct or indirect financing, in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, with or without remuneration, to third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. The company may engage in any activity related to the aforementioned purpose.
