The purpose of the branch office is to acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of participations in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the technology sector and in the field of mobility architecture, which, among other things, serve the automotive industry. The branch office may also carry out all transactions and enter into all agreements that directly or indirectly serve its corporate purpose or are directly related thereto. The head office is the parent company of the group. The branch office may act in the interest of the group or in the interest of individual companies of the group. The branch office may provide guarantees, securities, and other obligations of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including through fiduciary transfers or assignments of and pledges on assets of the branch office.
