The company's purpose is to provide legal services, services and advice of all kinds, in Switzerland and abroad. It also aims to engage in all activities in the field of real estate, including the purchase, sale, holding, development and management of real estate, brokerage, promotion and general contracting, all within the limits set by the legislation on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may receive brokerage commissions, finder's fees or other types of commissions and make financial investments of all kinds. The company may, in particular in Switzerland and/or abroad: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; file, acquire, hold and sell patents or intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
