The company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad is the acquisition, holding, financing, administration, management, sale and disposal of participations in all Swiss and foreign companies and enterprises, whether financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all financial, commercial and industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies, carry out all operations and conclude contracts that are likely to develop the company's purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it, and assume participations in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if this serves its interests.
