The cooperative aims to promote the common interests of its members in the development and realization of non-profit and sustainable projects in Switzerland and abroad. This is particularly focused on the area of non-profit protection of stray and injured dogs and cats. The cooperative can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and is suitable for promoting or facilitating the achievement of the cooperative's purpose, including the acquisition or sale of business premises.
