The Company's purpose is: - the administration of assets (Family office), including private administrative assistance, excluding all management mandates, for the founder's family members or for third parties, and in particular the supervision of mandates entrusted to external managers, all strategic, organizational and management operations of operational companies directly or indirectly owned by the founder's family members, coordination of external service providers for the structuring and transmission of family assets, - financial intermediation, in particular with financial institutions, as well as the provision of all services and advice in these areas. The Company may, in particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad: - carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, - create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, - grant loans or guarantees to associates, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs, - carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
