The company's purpose is the purchase and sale of real estate, promotion, construction, transformation, renovation, brokerage and management of buildings, as well as all advice in the field of real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
