The company's purpose is: a) to operate a general or total business in the field of construction, renovation or demolition of existing buildings, treatment and disposal of materials related to these activities, as well as the development of real estate, built or unbuilt; b) to study, plan, promote and carry out all real estate projects, as well as to execute all works, development, management, realization and all activities, of any nature, related to architecture, urban planning, engineering and the construction industry as a construction management; c) to provide real estate brokerage and project management services, as well as financial, urban planning, architectural and construction consulting; d) to purchase, sell, import, export, manufacture, transform and market in general all products related to materials and construction; e) to purchase, sell, import, export, repair and market in general all automotive vehicles of any brand, as well as to operate a garage and a mechanical workshop; f) to carry out all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; g) to acquire participations in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as to create branches; h) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment.
