to hold and operate the concessions for increased use of public domain granted or to be granted by the City of Carouge and/or the State Council of the Canton of Geneva, enabling the Company to build and operate a covered trench and ancillary works (emergencies, ventilation, emergency exits, etc.) constituting the underground access intended to serve part of the buildings in the Etoile district, namely plots A, B, D, E and F, the building located on plots No. 2438 and No. 2439 of the city of Carouge as well as any other building that may be connected to it in the future (hereinafter the Covered Trench). The Company allows its members to connect to the Covered Trench through private underground accesses. In general, the Company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect relation to its corporate purpose.
