The Company's purpose is: The acquisition, holding, management, exploitation and disposal, directly or indirectly, of majority or minority interests, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; Any activity related to a furniture and interior design reference center; and All industrial and commercial operations related to the creation, acquisition, rental, lease management of all business assets, the leasing, installation, operation of all establishments, business assets, factories, workshops, related to one or more of the activities specified above. The Company may provide administrative, financial, accounting, commercial and more generally any other service to all group companies that they may need in the context of the development of the group's activities. In particular, the Company may grant its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, direct or indirect financing for their own commitments as well as for those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the Company or companies in which these shareholders have a direct or indirect participation), issue securities of any kind, including by way of pledges on the Company's assets or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the Company's assets, issue guarantees, act as guarantor or otherwise guarantee or secure the obligations of the Company or these other companies, with or without remuneration. Furthermore, it may operate or participate with the companies mentioned above in cash pooling/centralization of net liquidity, including periodic balance adjustments, and this, without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the Company's profit motive and incurring a concentration of risks. The Company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, represent third parties, engage in commercial activities, enter into contractual commitments and take all measures or engage in any activity that is likely to promote the social purpose or that falls directly or indirectly within the scope of its activities. The company may acquire, hold, manage, mortgage and sell real estate as well as acquire, operate, pledge and sell patents, licenses and other intangible assets. With regard to transactions related to the purchase of real estate in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial purpose. It being specified that if real estate held through participations is located in Switzerland, it may only have an exclusively commercial purpose.
