The company's purpose is to manage real estate, buy or sell buildings, promote within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners, as well as all activities related to the company's purpose. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
