The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to its shareholders, affiliated companies, as well as third parties, and provide guarantees of any kind, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. The company may acquire, encumber with limited real rights, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may establish branches or set up subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
