The purpose of the company is to operate real estate businesses in Switzerland and abroad, and related businesses of any kind, in particular the management, rental, new construction and renovation, acquisition and sale of all types of real estate in the broader sense, in particular single-family and multi-family homes, offices, commercial properties, hotels, as well as the development of real estate projects, consulting in Switzerland and abroad, executive search, and the provision of services related to the aforementioned company purposes, either directly or through companies in which the company has a stake. The company may conduct all business that is directly or indirectly suitable to serve the company's purpose. To this end, it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad under the same or a different name, found and acquire companies, participate in companies, and sell companies. The company may sell any of its participations or spin off its business or assets in whole or in part, or transfer them to affiliated companies. Furthermore, it may combine companies in which it has a stake under its unified management and/or limit itself to managing the participation(s) and conclude any type of company agreement, as well as spin off its operations in whole or in part to companies in which it has a majority stake or assign them to such companies. The company may limit itself to fulfilling the company's purpose only partially.
