The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees (active and retired) of SEA Schliess-Systeme AG and the retirees of Vidmar AG, who were granted a pension before January 1, 1994, as well as active and retired employees of affiliated companies and their surviving dependents against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. It can go beyond the minimum BVG benefits and provide support services in cases of need such as illness, accident, and unemployment.
