The Company's purpose includes, in Switzerland or abroad, the marketing of bioclimatic pergolas, swimming pools, SPAs, outdoor kitchens, grills and barbecues, garden furniture, conservatories, foundation screws, fences and palisades, and any other object or material for outdoor and habitat use. The Company may, in particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable property (immovable property transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad are excluded) directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; deposit, acquire, hold and sell patents or any intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; grant loans or guarantees to partners, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies of which it is part; carry out any cash pooling activity on behalf of the group to which it belongs.
