The company's purpose is to operate a retail business selling various products or goods, in particular the distance selling of beauty and body care products, providing services in the commercial and administrative field, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the acquisition of real estate, excluding all activities prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its corporate purpose. With regard to the acquisition (1) of real estate located in Switzerland or (2) of real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to properties/companies with exclusively commercial use. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
